Year by year, more and more people in Norway declare their desire to cremate their body after death. After cremation, the body must be buried within 6 months. In addition, every crematorium in Norway is obliged to keep records of the deceased subjected to cremation.

The cremation time takes an average of 1.5 - 2 hours. The time depends on the weight of the deceased and the material from which the coffin is made (wooden, ecological);

To scatter ashes, you must obtain the consent of the State Administrator;

Scattering of ashes must be discreet and protected from the view of strangers.
